Job seekers with all types of disabilities, including U.S. military veterans, can access the Workforce Accelerator and build a free Candidate Profile
How it works:
Job seekers sign up and create a candidate profile. The candidate profile asks a series of questions to match candidates with an employer’s job profile. The candidate profile saves after every question answered, allowing the profile to be completed in multiple sessions. Note: All questions must be answered prior to submitting the candidate profile and generating job matches.
Candidate Notifications of Job Matches
When candidates match for positions, the candidate’s contact information and resume, if uploaded, is forwarded to the employer’s Human Resources staff, who may reach out to the candidate with next steps in the application process. Workforce Accelerator does not share the candidate’s profile responses with the employer.
Candidates may also receive an email from Workforce Accelerator advising of matched positions and other specific information, such as how to apply for matched positions.
Please note: Several positions require you to respond to additional questions. This will be noted in the Workforce Accelerator email notification of job matches. Please log into your Workforce Accelerator account to respond to any additional questions.
What should I do?
I completed a profile several weeks ago, but have not heard from anyone.
Employers are constantly putting new jobs in Workforce Accelerator. When you match to a position, employers may contact you about your profile. In the meantime, review your profile to make sure that you answers are accurate and reflect your experience and interests.
If you have already registered for a Job Candidate Profile, log in at right to manage your information.
